I was stuck in Lloydminster in a winter storm and decided to get a room. The clerk ( owner) was awesome, gave me a room even though I didn't have a credit card. Plus he gave me a reduced rate!! Very nice. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Clean and warm too!!
Got here late and the front desk was really helpful and made sure i had no complications. The service highly exceeded my expectations and i had a wonderful stay

My little family and I were traveling and need somewhere to stay. Called at 10 pm but wouldn't be there for 2 1/2 hours still but the wonderful lady at the reception desk waited for us. The rooms were a little outdated but they were clean and warm. The service was amazing and would recommend to anyone. Thank you cedar inn for all your help that night!
Overall, a great stay! The room was spotless (seriously, they even moved the furniture to clean), and the front desk staff made the place feel warm and welcoming. The decor’s a bit outdated, and the exterior could use a touch-up, but for the price, it was a solid deal. Easy access off the highway, friendly staff, and clean rooms—it’s not the Ritz, but it’s definitely a great hidden gem if you’re just looking for comfort and a good night’s sleep.
As with all rooms I only check in to motels with ground level entrance into the room. What I immediately noticed as I drove around the building is that there is a group of rooms at the back of the motel. I WAS IMMEDIATELY SOLD on staying there because there was just NO traffic noise from 18 wheelers and everything else on Hwy 16. I was able to cook my morning meal in an area in front of the microwave (spacious). Location was perfect for grocery stores, etc. Staff was super friendly and for the $77.70 incl HST I would definitely stay here again.
Overall was okay but I always bring my phone blankets and mattress protector as well ... Cheap tho but you do get what you pay for. Nothi ng.
This place looks like a hot mess from the outside but was actually great would recommend over the large chains
